Rotor thickness?

What is the difference between 69-83 rotors and Carerra rotors?

Paul

Carrera rotors (84-89) are 4mm thicker than stock SC (78-83).

Sorry Paul, mis-spoke. Edit above. Thanks for the catch Steve.

This thread brings to mind a Calvin and Hobbes my Mom cut out for me once.

Calvin says "I'm not stupid, i just have a command of totally useless information.

Thanks guys,
Paul

Bill, that's a very useful page. I will keep you updated with the 917 calipers. I have found a supplier who used to work on these back in the 60's and can supply new 38mm pistons for £13 ($20) each and seals for less than $2
