Does anyone have the tranny codes (part stamped on housing) for the 915 & G50? Looking at an 85 vs 88 in a non turbo.

I don't know if these are the numbers that you're referring to but:

1) 1985 ROW Carrera models 915/69
2) 1985 USA Carrera models 915/70
3) 1988 ROW Carrera models G50/00
4) 1988 USA Carrera models G50/01

Gear ratios were as follows:

1) 3.181/1.833/1.261/1.000/0.763 Reverse=3.325 Final drive=3.875
2) 3.181/1.778/1.261/1.000/0.790 Reverse=3.325 Final drive=3.875
3) 3.500/2.059/1.409/1.074/0.861 Reverse=2.857 Final drive=3.444
4) as above
