I would replace old seals and hardware.

If its the BBS RS wheel you can get parts here.
BBS WHEEL PARTS

If it is a bent RS shell you can get new shells from Mirage.
Mirage Intl - Porsche Repair San Diego

Did you call BBS?
They sell hardware and even new BBS stickers for BBS racing rims.

New BBS rim halves are like $150-200 each, used ones somewhat less. It might cost you that much to have your bent one fixed. I have a good wheel guy local to me, so I would take anything questionable to him for an opinion. If you have someone local, you could try that. As for refinishing, if it's just the rim half, just take it to a polisher. If you want the centers done, any good refinisher can do it. I think rgofast (not sure of the name) here on the forum may refinish BBS wheels.

Check w wheel collision center in Bethelehm/nazareth ? Pa , they do a lot of german car stuff.
I am quite sure they can straighten and repair almost anything but yes, you are talking hundred and 50 to 200 if it's not really out of whack. They take several wheel (TIR) readings/measurements before and the same after
