Anyone use 3-bond or Yamabond on case?
I have read about alternatives to Loctite sealer for case here, just wondering if anyone has actually tried one of the Japanese MC case sealers on a 911 case, does it leak? How many miles/years since you assembled it?
TIA, it seems that they would work really excellent on 911 case halves/cam towers, LOTS cheaper than Loctite, ($40-$50 vs. $6.00), just needed to ask. ![]()

Dennis,
As you're probably aware, the sealer debate is raging (?) over on the rebuild board. Seems the "experts" (ahem) give the nod to Loctite 574. But then a certified expert (JW) who actually makes his living doing 911 motors, likes Dirko. I guess it's your call. Who do you trust?

Wait a minute, there is now a "rebuild board"? I guess I should pay a little more attention around here. Thanks, Doug. Over there I go.
