I was also lied to over and over buy this company over an item I purchased from them via a e-bay auction, after 2 months of lies,I made a stink with my credit card company and had the credit within 30 days.I will never do business with them again, there are GOOD internet vendors to choose from.Good luck.

I mistakenly made an ebay purchase from PAP. When I received the CC bill a month later I noticed that they had charged for two items instead of one and that they had charged me retail, not the auction price. After I informed them of their mistake they promised to correct it. A few weeks later I received two more items. I waited for the CC bill to come and noticed no credits. I called and they/her asked me to send back the extra items and then they would credit the card. In the end I was never credited for their mistakes and way past the 90 day CC correction time limit. I also couldn't leave any feedback on ebay because they had already flushed the auction out of their database.
Calling and emailing PAP gets you absolutely no where. Something needs to be done. Problems like this happen too often with companies reselling porsche parts. I can understand a problem here or there happening on occasion and then eventually things being corrected. Every month I hear of new stories involving PAP-parts. This guy knows exactly what he is doing and continues to defraud people and gets away with it. We really need to do something.

I had a bad experience with them too. Took forever for them to ship and the parts were substantially worse than described. When I tried to work something out with them they simply blew me off. Apparently they've had a lot of experience.

Me three

I had a similar dealing with Joe, but far less money. He is not only a bit shady, but a half-wit, at most. The guy can't get an order right to save his life, then it's up to you to pester the f out of them until they grant a refund. I finally got my refund after talking to Joe and their billing person around 2 dozen times.

I'm amazed they still exist with customer disservice like that.

Isn't it easier to be cool to people, instead of pissing/ripping them off?
