replica or genuine fuchs?
I found a set of these ..... The owner says there are no part numbers. From everything I can gather, the real fuchs should have part numbers stamped on the back of the spokes. These do not. First, he says they are 8 and 9's. They look like 7 and 8's to me. The wheels are in London. And I worked out a great deal.....$1147 (USD) delivered. But, if they arent real I think I will pass on them as I am a student and every dollar I put into ride needs to count. So.....Do you think they are "fakes?"
Thanks ![]() ![]() |

If there are no part numbers, they are not Fuchs.

$187 for shipping to the US! I know, it makes me very nervous. I can just see me paying for them. Then start dinging me with more shipping. They say with there account with tnt(?) they get a "good deal on shipping"....Sounds a little to good to be true!

I agree w/Ray about the part numbers. Also, the 911 8"'s won't fit on the front of a narrow body car. The average prices for 8" & 9"'s seem to be pretty consistant, $600-$800 for a pair of 8's, and $800-$1000 for the 9's, why are these so cheap?

they do appear to have a bit more dish to them than normal...that would lead me to think they may be 8 and 9 accordingly. They do look pretty good, but you have to make that choice. You buy em and Eric will tade you down the road. Ha Ha...just another jab at Eric! Ha Ha.

Get a close - up pic of the inside of the wheel then. That'll answer any questions.

Is there a site that you can look up the P# on the wheels and see if they are 911's, 944's or something else.

I have the part numbers that are on genuines.
9's. 911.362.119.00 8's. 911.362.117.00? (not completely sure on that one.) But on these, there are no part numbers. |
