Cooling fan belt adjustment
I can't determine if the nut holding the fan pulley in place is right hand or left hand thread.
The Bentley doesn't specify so I could assume it is a right hand thread but I don't want to force anything. I'm sure many of you have done this so someone will straighten me out in short order. Thank you |

To loosen anything that turns, the nut loosens in the direction it spins IE if it turns clockwise you loosen by turning clockwise . Loosen in the direction the fan blades spins or in the case of say a saw blade in the direction the teeth point
