3rd fuse

Hello
What's the 3rd fuse for on a '70 T?
I am reconnecting the loom on my car. Not much is hooked up so far except the headlights

Fuse #3 keeps blowing. According to the diagram I have, its for the heater. However the diagram I have is generic so I am not entirely sure of its accuracy
It's the white 3rd fuse in the picture below

Hi karmannghia 60, i notice the three wires connected to the bottom
of that white fuse,one has a black marker spot on it, that could be the problem
wire that is the problem----found by a previous owner,.
