Option code sticker
The sticker I'm talking about used to be under the front hood, when did they move it or was it eliminated? Did Caymans have the sticker?

During the SC run they went away but came back with the 3.2's. The later ones are like the Cayman sticker posted in your first thread about a week ago.
Tell us what car you are trying to find a sticker for. You mention Cayman but this is the "old" 911 forum. Plenty here will help.

I will soon be looking for a 997, my old 930 had the sticker and I heard somewhere that Porsche stopped using the option sticker or it had been moved as in the Cayman mentioned. I've always looked for the sticker on my last 2 cars, accident replacement or re-painted hood or trunk lids won't have that vehicle specific sticker, so it was kind of a general question that could have read
"Does the 997 have the option sticker............."
