Post Strange electrical/lights problem

Now this one's weird:

When the headlights are off, and I step on the brake pedal, the brake lights come on as expected, but so does the right front turn signal lamp.

When the headlights are on, and the ignition is off, and I step on the brake pedal, the right headlamp and turn signal come on. The left headlamp is not on. Its new, so I know its not burned out.

Brake switch? A relay?

Sounds like a short at the rear tailight assembly on that side. Maybe the voltage is shorting onto a parking light wire which in turn supplies power to the front parking lamp, or turn signal. Remove the tail light assemblies and check the wiring.
