1984 911 carrera front strut color

Id like to purchase the strut inserts before I remove the front struts but Im no sure which brand strut I have. I checked and the strut housings are black. Do black front struts indicate they are Bilstien?

Normally, black indicates Boge. Bilsteins are usually green (though sport versions are yellow). But you can get Bilstein inserts for Boge struts...
