front windshield trim

if the trim is not seated in the front gasket ... can it be popped in with out taking the windshield out ... it appears if the trim is tight in the gasket it will push and hold the shape of the opening .... and improve the seal can this assembly be taken out easily ...any tricks other than slow and easy .... thanks for any advise

Nope, the glass has to come out to get the aluminum trim to seat in the gasket. There are a lot of threads on the procedure to install the windshield and trim. Search the forum.
