Nice steal!! Hard to find any that nice around here...all driven thru the salty winters!

Why stop looking, you could flip that thing and make money.

Or just enjoy it. That is a great deal.

Sweet. Miss my 914. 5 Lug conversion is a nice touch and worth a lot of rubles.

rattlsnak 04-24-2017 11:37 AM

look super clean!

Maybe you should stop looking and I should start! Nice looking car.

Good for you, those are fun. Had many of them and regret selling them all. Need help or suggestions just ask. Of course the maniacs at 914world.com - The largest online 914 community! are also available.

Looks like a whole bunch of fun. Those wheels are a major bonus. Well done!

Thanks all! I saw the ad and it had no mention of the fuchs whatsoever! 4 other callers behind me and the ad was only 6 hours old. I'll take it!!It has KYB adjustable shocks on the back as well.....I just have to get my parking arrangements sorted out

tdskip 04-25-2017 08:43 AM

Score!

Just in case you have any issue with parking arrangement. I have an extra spot in my garage. :D. Good score bro.

I owned a silver 914 same year and power plant! Still miss that little go kart! My first Porsche. Have fun with it!!

Hated mine that I bought in the late '70's. Back wheels tore off the body at the trailing arms; wasn't rust, just plain old metal fatigue. Weak point; I understand they sell a reinforcing plate to strengthen that area. Keep a good eye on those back wheels. They don't call it the flexible flyer for nothing...

How were the Fuchs mounted? Adapters or mods to the hubs and a front end swap?

Thanks for all the comments everyone;)

Stock rotors with re-drilled hubs then studs pressed in:) I was wondering that myself and had to check it out as soon as I got home. Alloy lug nuts too.

I am heading down south Thursday AM. I can stop by and check it out. I have tons of 914 experience....send me your contact info is you like.
