83 SC targa seat belt replace question
I am restoring the interior in the old girl. The seatbelt, driver side is freying. I have the panel out but cannot figure how to get the belt and buckle out. Seems the plastic guide does not have the slit that allows the belt to go through. Please let me know what I am missing. Here are some pics.
