Post What to use to fix leak???

I have a leak that is from the pulley seal, or at least that area, I will be pulling my engine this weekend, replacing a few gaskets seals etc.

This leak is the worst one (not as bad a Lelands though) Is there any silicone or gel to use without splitting the case? There is already something like that there so I am assuming it was leaking there before.
