What is the pn for this? Grille Vent Gasket

This part was found between the front air intake grille (not the grille frame) and the body. The material is cloth like with a cloth backing.

Pelican said it doesn't show on the diagrams they have and Parts Heaven doesn't have them and/or doesn't see it on diagrams they have either.

Anyone know the pn and what might also go here including e.g. spacers (you see a cardboard spacer in my picture)? If NLA, any suggestions on what material to make one from?

This gasket keeps the grille (has some sharp points) from being pushed into the paint.
