Porsche Art at RWB

Ferrari owners have always taunted Porsches to be uninspiring. As subjective as the matter may sounds, Porsche aficionados have been coming up with their own ways to hit the Italians back. The latest wave in the Porsche tuner world is Rauh-Welt Begriff, better known as RWB, who is a Porsche car tuner originating from Japan. But unlike other tuners who employ an army of mechanics, all the work is done at RBW is by just one man. His name is Akira Nakai. He has been literally running this one man show since the time he founded the RWB tuning shop in Japan.

I like the RWB cars, some are beautiful, some obnoxious. Some under powered for the look they convey.

Have you been living under a rock?

RWB has been around, and discussed and discussed, for years now.

I hear there's a homeless-looking guy in LA who likes aircooled 911s. Someone should find out more about him and make some videos

I'm too tall. I'd have to put the RWB window logo on the bottom of the window.

I don't mind some of them, Turbokraft has been involved with a few builds that are really nice, they have the performance to back up the aggressive looks. Too many rolling around with stock motors though, kind of disappointing.

We Germans giggle a little when we see these RWB.
Rauh Welt, correct is: rauhe Welt, means: tough world.
We don't get it how Nakai San made that up...

We've done a few of these with 930 engines, such as this one. Doing a red one right now that was imported from Japan. It's getting the full treatment and should be a handful!
