Question Help identifying a crank.

I recently acquired a box of misc parts at an auction. It contains a crank labeled with masking tape that reads "2.2 911s". I can't make out the part# too well, it starts with 901 102....

Is there anything I could look for to define it? It appears to be used, but since I am not too familiar with the inside of engines I can't tell what condition it is in. Is this something someone might be looking for?

Thanks,
Ron Beechan
