Looking for MSQ Megasquirt files for an old air-cooled....

I'm trying to sort an install of a used MS3 3.0 and need some project files to compare to or even to start as a basis for mine.

I'd like to compare with basic EFI conversion for fuel plus crankwheel (60-2). If somebody has something that fits that general description, I'd sure like to have a chance to compare to what others are doing.

My 911 has a '76 Euro 3.0 liter, MS3 with relay board, a Bitz 'like' EFI with batchfire and a Clewett 60-2 crankfire.

Do some of you have a well functioning set-up you're willing to share?

thanks,

You might also want to try the Bitz Racing technical forum.
They sell a megasquirt based EFI kit for 911 and have base files posted.
Not sure if there are any for 3.0 or not

thank hd,

... also posted on MSextra. I'm not sure, but I should have requested MS2 as well - because beyond just fuel, I've only added crankwheel for a 6 coil pack batchfire ignition. I think there are many similarities as that's a stage that starts adding extras like crankfire.

There are some MS-extra and ms2 files on the bitzracing group site. I looked yesterday for you.

Also some nice fuel and ignition maps posted here on Pelican if you advance search megasquirt and peruse the various threads.

kj,

Pelican user "JohnJL" posted a Spark Advance and a VE table, post#59 (Won't idle below 1500 - Megasquirt) for his install, a 3.2 Carrera that may help. No AFT table posted, but you could PM him to see if he would send you his MSQ. I would give mine but I am turbo.
