COA help needed
My COA of my 77 Carrera 3.o says "Equipment for Germany" - what does that mean? Ideas?

I'm not exactly sure but what I can lend you is that I have a '76 Carrera 3.0 with equipment for Japan and it is items like a Japan specific speedometer, a little disc around the ignition, a sort of bench rear seat, I think a specific antenna. Perhaps a few other items

Oh yeah, my 76 is a japanese version too, the speedo is different.. So in essence it might not mean anything in particular but just names the version..?!

I'm sure there's a group of components that are specific to German road standard and laws

Slightly off topic, but if you get a COA, dbbl check the nbrs on it (Vin/Engine/Trans) - they made a mistake on mine by one digit. I caught it and had them re-issue a corrected COA

Sometimes I've seen it mean that the you have OEL for Oil, or there might be other wording found on the car in German rather than English.

I'll add this but only my own observation.
Dash gauges in metric, lighting, bumpers, safety items like first aid kit and triangle road reflector, radio if so equipped, owners manual in German. I think some of these are those E code stickers in the door jam. Terry
