Question Small Name Plate Restoration Need Help

I have a small oval brass name plate 7/8"X 1 3/4"X 1/32" it has a small mounting hole on both ends. The brass is straight and true no dents or dings or scratches.

It is a stamping.

The boarder and the tops of all of the letters are maybe .005-7" higher than the back ground. Bare brass on the high areas and silver paint on the low area. When these were made back in the 1960's it was probably silk screened.

I would like to find someone who has the ability to hand re-paint this small plate.

A friend Pat Connolly, that I knew as a kid (1960's), ground cams, mostly Brit bike cams, but stories say maybe some Porsche cams too. I want to re-do one of Pat's old name tag plates and use on my car. Means nothing to a ton of folks but a puts a smile on my face.
