I passed Cal. Smog!
Yee haa! I licensed my car in California today (I finally got pulled over for having Indiana plates). It passed the smog test with flying colors. The HC PPM was 12 (allowable is 120) and the CO % was 0.01 (allowable 1.5). I can't tell you how glad I am that I never disconnected my O2 sensor.
Score another one for the Bosch k-lambda, and SC's in general.

A properly tuned SC should pass without the O2.... mine runs better without one !

Congrats dude...! C.A.R.B. can suck sometimes especailly for our older cars. Glad you made it through.
Just a note to others: Always take a pre-test before the info gets sent to DMV. If you fail and the info gets out you will be red flagged for the life of the car. That means you can only take the car for smog where DMV tells you to go. No more "Vics Smog Center on the corner of Main and 10th" if you know what I mean.Congrats again!
