As a guy who used to go to kick tires with some car designers and their eclectic rides in the Crystal Cove parking lot in Laguna Beach CA in the mid to late '90s, seeing what the Sunday morning gatherings have become was quite the shock this Sunday in New Canaan, LOL.
The crowd size was huge, and there were two 918s, and a Pagani, and a million 911s of various forms. Porsche was the "featured marque" so it made sense that it was p cars everywhere. Two guys even had Skis on rear racks...the 356 owner had wooden skis, and the SWB 911 owner had some early Heads. Didn't expect that. Fun to see. I took a million pics. No shortage of red shorts though! LOL

Thanks for the pics. I grew up in Wilton in the 70's and early 80's and I miss it sometimes. It would have been nice to go to this event.

I hope this gets posted so that all of this in the area know about it.
If it has been, then I apologize in advance. Cheers

This is the Gold Coast - no surprise there are a ton of very exclusive cars there. Used to spend time at Lindner's BMW cycle shop and the awesome Italian bicycle shop next door, drooling over Campagnolo Record parts on Atalas and Bottechias. Loved my time in Connecticut and sure do miss those thunderstorms.

Seriously...the wealth...can't even remove the dealer installed plate frame on a 918...
