making sure the piston angle is correct..what angle?

Okay, I am rebuilding my calipers and I just read the caliper rebuild section here on pelican. Well, the article keeps saying make sure that the angle is correct (20 degrees)....er...what angle? The pistons are round!

Oh yea, which do you prefer lubing the pistons with, this silicone stuff, or just pure brake fluid?

Could somebody clarify me here?

Look at the pic that is included in the article:

The piston has a section that is lower than the rest, that lower part should be at 20°
