I recently purchased a Dansk 92.2100E 2 inlet, single outlet muffler and it is considerably louder than the old rusted muffler I just replaced. Is there a good quality stainless steel muffler out there under a $1,000.?

We are developing a quiet muffler for the 911, the 914/6 version is now in production.
Design is based on OEM but all the passages are larger for enhanced performance. Muffler is as quiet as stock, 321 stainless and will be under $1000.

a stock one is steel, and they're heavier and more silent than the SS ones. I tried a single outlet dansk as well, but couldn't live with it (loud, droning). Now running simple stock steel banana and all is well.
