newbie saying hi (with pic)
hi!
 i've been lurking for a little while trying to gain some knowledge and picked up an 87 coupe a few weeks ago. had to take a pic for the insurance company, so i finally have something to post here. she's in need of a little work, so i'm sure i'll be asking plenty of stupid questions.

 actually, the car is entirely drivable right now. standard age items like bushings and rubber seals probably need replacing. a/c doesn't work, but i'm leaning towards ditching all the pieces. biggest issue, according to PO, is excessive oil consumption. i'll change the oil and keep an eye on it. a top end rebuild may be in order over the winter, but it was mostly factored in to the purchase price. |
