Clock glass gauge problem

Hi,
I got new glass for my gauges and while I completed all four with new paint and new glass I'm looking at the plastic cover for the clock gauge and I can't figure out how to remove this dial to install on the glass version.
Mi appreciate the help.

FWIW, that white hand is called the rally hand. Alas, while I know what it's called, I do not know how to R&R it, so... free bump.
