73.5 CIS won’t start/run

My engine builder and I have been chasing our tails for several days.
But both are not that familiar with the CIS, WUR etc.
This is a newly rebuilt engine with all new components fuel lines , high toque starter, rebuilt alternator ( we thought it might be bad as no power to the WUR, they found leaking diodes and we reinstalled ).
I have connected all the electrical items in the panel per my original photos before
Removing to clean componets, grounds etc.

I have attached a photo of the present connections and thought I should start there to make sure all wiring at the panel is correct.

Thanks for all. Comments and input.

Can’t load photo will work in that , but anyone have 73.5 and photo of the engine panel components and wiring

While we wait for the picture, can you detail the problem? Meaning, does the engine turn over but not fire, or does it fire and immediately die? Have you checked for spark? Did you bleed the fuel system before trying to start?

Answers to the above will help to understand where things are in the diagnosis.
