Question 930 vs 964 oil pump

For a mild 3.0SC rebuild, which is the best one, a 930 or 964 oil pump and why?
TIA

I looked at that 964 pump on Ebay also.
From the look of it I don't think it will fit my 2.0
Looks a lot larger than mine.

If you go to a larger pump you will also need the appropriate (shorter) "thingy" that connects the pump to the intermediate shaft.
