Any recommendations for quality lightweight battery
I’m looking into getting a new lightweight battery for my 911 and have seen a few threads on this but nothing too recent. Would like to get a strong lithium one for under $300 that weighs 5 lbs or less. Any recommendations?

There are at least three different kinds of lithium batteries. The type discussed in my 'Lucky Man's Lightweight Battery' thread is Lithium Iron Phosphate. I've had it for just under three years now and it's been great. It weighs less than 3-1/2 pounds.

Thanks Jack. I did see your thread and impressed that the battery is still working well for 3 years. I have a similar battery in my motorcycle but wanted to get a sense if it would also work in my stripped down 911.
