did the 2.2T (1970) have a forged and counterweighted crankshaft? and is it true the case did NOT have oil jets that cool the crowns of the pistons? what other nice features did the 2.2 have or not have that makes it unique to the 2.0 or 2.4?

All 2.0 & 2.2 911T engines had the cheaper cast crank, and the oil squirters didn't arrive until 1971.

The 2.2T's also had the Marelli distributor and zenith carbs. Don't know if every one did, but I know a lot of them did!

rats on the cast crank and squirters. my T has zenith carbs but a bosch distributor and coil. those are definite factory pieces.
