help me find the P/N

On my 74 there is a steel panel located above the muffler that can be unbolted. Mine was rusty so I unbolted it and gave it to my powder coater to clean up and powder coat. What I got back looks like swiss cheese. I have searched my PET but I cant find it. I would love to buy a new (restamp) or even a nice used one

I will post a photo here shortly

Thanks

David

I think this is 911.503.157.01, rear bumper heat shield.

Searching that P/N I found a Pelican forum Parts for Sale ad that has one. The thread name was “1976 911S Parts for Sale” and the poster was jmalobicky.

Hope that helps.

You may find a PET (Porsche Parts book) handy for these types of things in the future. Download yours from here: https://www.porsche.com/usa/accessoriesandservices/classic/genuineparts/originalpartscatalogue/
