3.0L distributor disassembly

Hi,

Can any one direct me to a source for an exploded view of a 3.0L ignition distributor? I need to lock out the mechanical advance for an efi installation and would like to know what's in there before I start.

Better yet, has anyone done this? How did you do it. I have an idea but there is always more than one way to do something.
