1987 911 option code and engine number help

I know there have been other older threads on some of this. But was hoping I could still get some help. Apologize for some basic questions but let’s see what I can get. See pics of option code sticker and engine # stamp.

1) is the only way to verify matching numbers on this car through a CoA or calling Porsche?

2) any help in deciphering any of the codes from sticker?

Thanks in advance. Love this forum!

If you look at the end of the Porsche parts catalogue (PET), it has a list of all the option codes and what they are, and also tells you how to decipher the engine code numbers. Take a look here:

In terms of engine being original I think getting a COA or speaking to Porsche would be ideal however having said that if you look at the sticker it states it is a 930.25 engine from the H program (64H) which is correct for 1987. Your actual engine number starts with a 64H so it is from 1987 and if it's not the original engine it has been replaced with one from the same year. The most likely scenario is that it's original to the car
