Door harness grommets.
 ^^^^^ More "wonderful" body shop work.... Need body/door harness grommets replacements. Could not find in the PET, or our host. Thanks in advance, Gerry

Put this in a google search bar 999.702.136.40
Try this one too. I think those have the longer "tail" like this but I can't remember. 911.612.132.00 (this one comes up as for the windshield washer hoses where they pass through the body. I knew I saw it somewhere! Try this one too 111.971.911.A I might have one in my box of misc. parts. If I do it's yours. Otherwise you can order.
