It's listed as a Turbo & Turbo-look rear spoiler (tea tray type) without the rubber lip, 1978 thru '89 model years.

Why "turbo & turbo look".... what is turbo look? That is a factory number right?

Yep, it's a valid Porsche part number. That part number refers to the "tea tray" or "whale tail" rear spoiler. It was used on both the 911 Turbo (930) and the 911 with the "Turbo-look" option. Hope that helps.
