Hi everyone! Just a quick introduction. I purchased my 1980 911sc from JR aka riverstonefly from the Pelican classifieds
HERE (super great to work with and very quick on the responses). The Petrol blue is really nice in person I must say! Have had the car for about a week now and finally getting to sneak it out here and there w/ this never ending winter in Fargo, ND. So far so good!
Plans are to take my time and build my dream widebody long hood, but with the understanding I've never done anything like this before (so years, not weeks...). Ordered a prototipo from our host already and trying to get in contact w/ Getty Design around some backdate body pieces as I type this. Would also love to eventually go the 3.2SS w/ ITB route, but that's probably next year as the funds have all been allocated...besides it's good fun for now. Pelican is an awesome resource and I'm excited to get started!
