Engine Wiring Harness Help
I’m trying to sort out an early SC engine harness and have a question.
There is a white plastic T-shaped connector on a pigtail close to the six-pole CDI connector. It has a large red wire and a smaller wire, brown with a red trace, in it. This would appear to plug into a mating connector on the body that has a pair of red wires and a brown with red tracer in it. According to my research this is for the CDI unit. Is this correct?

Yes, the red wire is power up for CD.

Red is CDI power, brown/Red is the air flow safety switch to the fuel pump.
