Trigger on door handle broken - Pictures

Pelicans,

I have attached several pictures which show the inside of the door handle with the broken trigger.

Please let me know if you have made this repair before and if so, what is the recommended solution for this repair.

This was my previous post before I removed the door handle and gave it a closer look from the inside. I was hoping that my photos might provide more insight into my problem and possible solution(s)

very common failure. I bought a used replacement here in the classifieds a number of years ago i dont know if there any new replacements available yet

Oops - didn't realize that... It appears that your trigger broke off just like mine.

When I repaired mine, I just replaced the trigger assembly (per the photo's in your previous thread). Not sure where I sourced the parts - I fixed it ~ 5 or so years ago.

I just did a quick search and didn't find the same components I used to replace mine - but did find that Pelican sells a replacement handle assembly (aftermarket / non-OEM) for ~ $70. This would seem to be the least expensive approach.
