Instrument cluster lights

Hi,
After months of working on this car I put the battery in today.
I found the dash instrument night lights didn’t work.
Turn signals, little fern light and high beams work fine.
I found blown fuse which I replaced but didn’t fix the problem.

Which fuse is for the instrument cluster lights?
Is there a switch that turns them off all at once?

I’ve done a lot of work but nothing electrical so I’m puzzled why would they not work.

No fuse on that circuit (you should add one) the intensity is adjusted by turning the headlight knob.
