engine wire harness
Is there a part number or source for the spring wire that holds the female wire connector to the male connector in numerous connectors in the engine compartment?
Thanks, Victor |

This?
AMP 2-Pole Female Jr Timer Housing Clip That is the only place I've ever seen them for sale, and at $2 a pop it's almost better to get a new connector and splice it in. Or, use some electrical tape or something else to hold the connector in place.

How many do you need?
PM your address if it is just a few, I likely have some I can salvage from some old connectors.

The mistake I made was always trying to remove them when I wanted to remove the plug. Just leave them on and use a small screwdriver to pop the plug off. It doesn't take much force at all. Removing them just damages the plug.
