Better to part out engine or sell the whole thingq

Is it better to part out a whole engine or sell the whole thing. just curious

I have a 2.2 liter out of a 1971 911T. Trying to decide

My vote is more value for selling whole enchilada since it is a non-mfi motor and doesn’T have the counter weighted 66 stroke crank. The parts of this engine aren’t worth much alone but someone may be interested in a whole engine if they have a 71T.
