If you have the engine number PCNA will confirm it. If you are missing your engine that’s another story.

PCNA is getting a bit fussier on this stuff as they rework this service. I've had them check and confirm original engine number if I call on the phone, but the last time they took notes and had to call me back a day or two later. It seems the phone contacts no longer have direct access to this info.
The other thing is that they may not provide confirmation for RoW cars, such as any '74 MFI car. The replacements for the CoA (PPS & CTC) are now said to only be available for US delivered cars.

Are you missing your engine? I've got a blank case, though it wasn't always blank. Someone scraped it, but it is a real 911/83 from 1974. I was going to build an engine with it, but then bought a car that already has a Supertec 2.8 race engine in it and scrapped the project. I've also got new MFI RS P&Cs. LMK if you have an interest.

Thanks, but according to his site he's no longer monitoring, updating or responding. IDK
