Alternator Cooling Hub Extension Identification

I recently purchased the extension pictured. The snout and the fins are plastic. Can someone identify the year? All the pictures I find have thin metal blades.

The mounting holes are solid. Some pics have solid mounting holes, some had open-slotted holes, but all had metal blades.
