Question What size case is this?

Number on the mystery case in my budies garage is (930 101 103 4R). If anyone has this info you'll be lightyears ahead of the dealership in my area.

Anything with a "930" number indicates an engine of 3.0 liters or more. The number you posted is the casting number. The engine number and type code are on the right hand case; the engine number on the vertical machined surface by the cam oil feed and the type code on the horizontal by the cam feed.
Then you can tell exactly which type of case you have. You didn't give the dealership the correct information to identify the engine.
