Ag,
very nice .What material did you use .
I have a ME in the family and he suggests :
CF
e-panel
hydrotek
dibond
can you advise dims' you used and how you attached it . I have the same rsr valence .

I just took my bumper off, put it down on a piece of 1/8” plywood and traced the bottom of the bumper onto it. Then used a compass to extend it 2.5”, plus a bit more in front of the cooler opening. I made 3 of the plywood splitters, one I’ll use as a pattern for a piece of aluminum to try, and one I’ll ‘glass over to try and make pretty. This is a track car so show quality isn’t critical.

betterair,

Material is 2024 aluminum at .125 thickness roughly. It is bolted in about nine places to the bottom lip of the TRE lower facia. I am also a ME/SE. I made my own pattern from plywood so that I could shape what I wanted. I transferred that shape to the aluminum sheet, cut it out and sanded. Then I did my own finishing.

AG,175,

Great ideas, thank you.

Front bumper is coming off before Turkey time tomorrow.

I'de go crazy if I didn't have winter projects to work on.

These are great, anyone have info on that orange car, with the integrated tow hook? Where/how would you mount that hook?
