New electrical whine/buzz noise

I noticed a weird electrical noise since today, it’s like a high pitch whine/buzz, not that loud but definitely can hear it.

It’s not near the engine compartment, but around the cabin.

It stops when the engine is off. Doesn’t start until the engine turns on.

With the window down, it disappears when I press the electrical window switch down more.

It also disappears when I turn on the AC fan.

Basically it seems to disappear when electrical load is put on the system.

It can be heard from the outside pretty clearly.

Any idea?
