Singer style harness bar

Has anyone done something similar to the singer style harness bar mount? Thinking this has got to be safer than my current situation which runs through the seats and down to the floor... Seems easy enough to weld an appropriate bar straight across the rear deck. Love the way they finish things.

the shorter the harness the better, ideally the attachment is just behind the seat

Quite a wrinkle in that headliner . Currently working on mine, so I’m hyper aware.

Ha! Makes me think of a woman I was dating recently. She hated when I pointed out imperfections I noticed in things. "It's just being detail conscious and observant, not critical."

She didn't quite see it that way. So I just stopped verbalizing and raising issues.

I'd notice things in the job a contractor did, or just about anything else. It wasn't even to do with her. I'm not stupid enough to mention stuff like that...
