WTB: SC Targa Top Bad Condition or Complete Frame

Top would be going on a '78 SC...the rattier the padding and cover the better as it will be ripped off anyway.

However, locks, handles and pins need to be intact and functioning

I'm going to fabricating something solely using the frame and need it to still mount and lock in like a regular top would.

Try manuals are more sought after due to the fact they they aren’t breaking down and needing expensive parts replaced

I have a complete top and frame out of a 1984 964. Would that work out for you at all? It's a power top, but needs some work because one of the smaller side arms is broken but should be easy to just get a replacement one. The whole frame is here and the top as well, but the top isn't the greatest, but is usable with a small patch, but really sounds like what you're looking for. I do a ton of stuff on ebay under the screen name zukgod with great feedback if you want to check me out. I understand not trusting new people on here with money.
