FS ~ Early 911 Mag Crankcase 1R 2R Type 911/07 Serial 6185492 (Greg Brown Built 2.2)
Originally asking $2,000 - Lowered to $1,500 then $1,400 and now a weekend price drop to $1,000

Please note that the serial number of this magnesium crankcase 6185492 was re-stamped at some point on, or prior to 1993. The number "8" is either a typo error, or possibly someone tried to use this case as a 're-stamping test' mule. I don't really know.
Regardless of the serial re-stamping, it remains a 1970-71 Magnesium 911T 2.2 Liter crankcase; 911/07 70/71 2.2 911T engine 84x66, 2195cc I 46, E 40 I 32, E 32 8.6:1 125 hp @8500rpm 130 lb/ft @ 4200rpm

Forgot to point out that the main webs in this crankcase were boat-tailed at some point. You can see this in the first posted photos, but it is difficult to detect.
 Disclosure: BTW, I'm not implying here boat-tailing increases horsepower.
